1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to targetsfantasy (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our fantasy sports platform located at volleyballfantasyfly.com and all related services, features, and content.

By accessing or using targetsfantasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use targetsfantasy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using fantasy sports platforms under applicable laws
• Reside in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports participation is legal
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide verification may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To participate in fantasy contests, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any contest participation.

4. Fantasy Sports Rules and Gameplay

4.1 Contest Participation

targetsfantasy offers skill-based fantasy volleyball contests. You compete by building lineups of real volleyball players and earning points based on their actual performance in real-world matches.

4.2 Scoring System

Points are awarded according to our published scoring system (see Point System page). We reserve the right to adjust scoring in the event of official stat corrections or errors.

4.3 Lineup Submission

All lineups must be submitted before the designated contest lock time. Once a contest locks, lineups cannot be edited. You are responsible for ensuring your lineup is valid and submitted on time.

4.4 Contest Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel contests due to insufficient entries, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, entry fees (if applicable) will be refunded.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Manipulate or exploit contest mechanics or scoring systems
• Collude with other users to gain unfair advantages
• Use inside information not publicly available to all users
• Engage in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on targetsfantasy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of targetsfantasy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of targetsfantasy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLLEYFANTASY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8.3 Fantasy Sports Risk

You acknowledge that fantasy sports involves skill and that outcomes are uncertain. We are not responsible for your contest performance or lineup decisions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless targetsfantasy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Multiple account creation
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with targetsfantasy, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where targetsfantasy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and targetsfantasy regarding your use of the Platform.
